There are few Real Estate Brokers out there that possess Tyler's qualifications as a Realtor.  After graduating California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Buisness majoring in Real Estate & Finance. Tyler embarked in a career as a commercial, industrial and residential Real Estate Appraiser. Working in this capacity he was responsible for valuing multi-million dollar real estate ranging from regional shopping malls to semi custom as well as custom single family residences.

Tyler wnated to expand on his career, so he decided to compbine his knowledge and experience of valuing property with his desire to help individuals achieve their dreams of home ownership.  What better way to do this than become a licensed Real Estate Broker, which is what he did. it is this unique combination that gives Tyler's clients an advantage in both listing as well as purchasing properties. When assisitng individuals, most realtors don't have the tools at their disposal to assist home buyers or seller in the purchase or sales of real estate, but Tyler has them all.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker and having been a Real Estate Appraiser, he has extensive training and experience with all things real estate. There are many key elements involved in real estate sales and purchases where he is very knowledgeable, but there is one that stands out the most - value. It is thiskey element that both buyers and sellers alike search for. Whith his education and experience, Tyler knows the concerns needs and wants of both buyers & sellers as it relates to all aspects of Rela Estate. It is becasue of this that Tyler can negotiate any real estate transaction smoothly and effectively. This has enabled him to instill great confidence to all that seek his assistance with their real estate needs.
